Authority, Bias, and the Self in Research

In this workshop, participants will reflect on their social identities in relation to the research process (including teaching others how to conduct research), explore how the construction of authority in scholarship is influenced by our social identities and share discussion on strategies to remain aware of bias (and celebrate unique perspectives) in the research process.
