Food and beverages are permitted, provided the space is cleaned afterward and all trash removed from the room. Event organizers assume all responsibility for the delivery and pickup of catering and equipment.

  • Fixed podium
  • Maximum seating capacity 160 (default room configuration is 74 chairs)
  • Sixteen 5' tables on wheels
  • Galley space immediately outside the room for catering setup (no kitchen facilities)
