Access CLICC Software Virtually
The CLICC Virtual Desktop allows UCLA students, staff, and faculty to access a virtual CLICC Windows desktop with pre-loaded CLICC software.
For instructions on accessing a CLICC Virtual Desktop from any computer, please see Access a CLICC Virtual Desktop.
All instructors interested in using the CLICC Virtual Desktops for a course must submit an inquiry ticket to reserve desktops for instructional use during class sessions. When you visit the Reservations Portal, you will be prompted to create a Library account in order to submit a request.
CLICC Software List
Every quarter, CLICC updates a complete list of all the software available to students.
Connecting to the Internet at the UCLA Library
While on campus, please use eduroam for your wireless connection. Some CLICC and Library software and services may rely on Internet connectivity that work best or only over eduroam.
The UCLA VPN client is required to access CLICC Virtual Desktop.
For more detailed information on our software offerings, or to request software to be added to the list, contact us via the UCLA Library IT Help Portal.
Our software and equipment is constantly evolving, and with that comes a few growing pains. Unless an issue requires emergency attention, such software and equipment issues are usually resolved at the start of the next quarter. If you wish to report a recurring issue, please contact us via the UCLA Library IT Help Portal.
