About

The Los Angeles Aqueduct Digital Platform program enabled the digitization and description of archival resources from UCLA Library Special Collections, including photographs, documents, maps, and pamphlets. These digitized materials now form a public resource for research and information. These primary sources document the Aqueduct’s history, as well as scholarship that investigates the Aqueduct’s impact on the development of Southern California.

Partner Institutions

In celebration of the centennial, several Los Angeles and California institutions digitized and described materials related to the Aqueduct from their own holdings.
