Research Workshop
Contextualizing AI for Academic Research and Writing

UCLA students, faculty and staff are invited to register for this workshop and discussion of generative AI, its impact on academic research and writing and comparison to traditional research methods. This 60-minute workshop will focus on understanding and contextualizing A.I.’s applications and limitations in research tasks, such as developing research topics and questions, identifying and summarizing scholarly sources and more. Instructors will also discuss various social and ethical issues related to AI use.
