About
The Sheet Music Consortium was a collaborative initiative that began in 2003 with the goal of using a new library technology to create a single search tool for finding digitized sheet music collections from many different institutions. The UCLA Library was one of the initial collaborators on that project and hosted the search website, as well as managed the harvesting service that gathered metadata about digitized sheet music from the contributing institutions. In 2026, UCLA Library discontinued this service due to resource constraints. Instead of completely eliminating the Consortium, we have prepared this program that supplies each partner institution or organizations’ sheet music collections for your easy accessibility.
