Requesting an Event or Exhibit at Powell

March 2023 Update: While Powell Library is undergoing seismic construction, we will prioritize student study space. We are not accepting event or filming requests at this time.

Powell Library can be reserved for events and exhibits. When making your reservation, please provide the desired room, date and expected attendance. If you still need to create promotional materials, please note the specifications on the form. We'd love to collaborate with you on these materials. A staff member will respond to your request within one business week.
