Ms. Diba came to the United States to study economics and received her PhD from the University of Oklahoma, where she met her husband, Khossrow. Together they own a chemical engineering firm based in Texas. Their daughter, Roxana, received her undergraduate degree at UCLA before heading off to medical school.
