Biography

T-Kay Sangwand is the Librarian for African and African Diaspora Studies & International Digital Collections. She also works closely with the Library’s Modern Endangered Archives Program to provide technical and subject expertise on postcustodial partnerships. She is a Certified Archivist and Fulbright Specialist and Scholar who has worked extensively on preservation partnerships with cultural heritage and human rights organizations in the U.S., Latin America, Asia and Africa.
