Biography

Bill is a certified Project Manager at the UCLA Library. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master. Bill has authored several PM courses for UCLA Extension and is currently teaching courses in Fundamentals of PM, Leadership, and Earned Value Management. Bill also teaches PMP prep classes for PMI-LA. He has performed in a project manager role for over thirty projects in his career. Most recently he was the Program Manager for the ITSOX PMO at DaVita Health Care Partners and a Scrum Master for updates to the the Capital Group's project management methodology.
