Parker Career Management Center Collection
UCLA Anderson’s Parker Career Management Center Collection is housed on the 3rd floor, north wall of the Rosenfeld Library. This career resource section consists of print materials covering the following areas:

Corporate History Collection
Works on company and industry histories in a unique assemblage; one of only a few such collections in the United States. Records for Corporate History materials appear in the UCLA Library Catalog. Corporate History materials are shelved together, by call numbers, on the 3rd Floor of the Rosenfeld Library; the collection starts to the right of the staircase on the northeast side of the floor.
The two most comprehensive collections on early economic literature (pre-1850), in their entirety. The microfilm reels, all of which may be identified in the UCLA Library Catalog, are housed in the Microforms Room on the second floor of the Rosenfeld Library (south side). A multi-volume index/finding tool is also available there. The collection is also available online as Making of the Modern World: The Goldsmiths'-Kress Library of Economic Literature.
Some two hundred volumes of pre-1800 imprints and manuscripts on trade and commerce from the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries. A Finding Aid to the Collection is available. As of 2009, several hundreds of these titles have been fully digitized, and are available to view on the Web at the Internet Archive.
New York Stock Exchange Listing Applications
This collection consists of corporate listing applications to the New York Stock Exchange, dating from 1957–1999. The collection is housed in steel file cabinets located on the first floor (stacks) of the Rosenfeld Library. The Newcomen Society of the United States, founded in 1923, was a non-profit educational foundation for "the study and recognition of achievement in American business and the society it serves." The Society closed in 2007. This collection of its pamphlets focuses on business histories, and consists of speeches given to the Society members honoring particular companies. The Rosenfeld Library collection contains more than sixty years of these publications, published between 1943 and 2007, providing historical highlights for more than 1,600 companies.
Rosenfeld Library Collection of Annual Reports to Shareholders
This collection consists of annual reports from companies traded on the New York and American stock exchanges; also included are some annual reports from California companies not traded on either of those exchanges. The collection includes some reports from the beginning of the twentieth century, but the bulk of the reports date from the middle to the late twentieth century. Approximately 4,000 companies are represented in the collection (some by just one report). The collection contains approximately 10,000 reports. Rosenfeld Library Collection of Form 10-K Reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission
This collection consists of approximately 7,700 10-K reports dating from 1955 to 1995, although most reports date from 1975-1982. Access the Corporate Reports Database to search for companies in the collection, and to view collection lending policies and instructions for obtaining reports.
