Become a Cluster Peer Research & Writing Specialist

UCLA Library hires Cluster graduates each spring to support Cluster freshmen in the next academic year. To apply, you must: 

  • Be on track to successfully complete your Cluster
  • Have the ability to work the full academic year (fall to spring), for a minimum of 8 hours per week 
  • Attend three full days of mandatory training during Week 0 of the fall quarter
  • Attend at least one Cluster lecture per week during the fall and winter quarters
