Nominations Open for UCLA Librarian of the Year

Dear UCLA Faculty, Graduate Students, Instructors, and Postdoctoral Scholars:2019 award recipients Russell Johnson and Marty Brennan

On behalf of the Librarians Association of the University of California, Los Angeles (LAUC-LA), I am pleased to inform you that nominations for its 2021 Librarian of the Year Award are now open. The award, established in 1994, recognizes excellence in librarianship that furthers the teaching and research mission of UCLA and responds to the intellectual, informational, and cultural needs of the university community.

Details regarding specific criteria and materials needed to submit nominations as well as the nomination form are available online. The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 12, 2021.
