Think of sleep as a luxury? Treat yourself - it’s a necessity! All UCLA students, staff, and faculty are invited to join the UCLA Sleep Well Campaign. Nap spaces are available for students in Powell library on 4/7 - 4/10 from 12-3pm, on a first-come first-served basis.
The UCLA Sleep Well Campaign is co-sponsored by the UCLA Healthy Campus Initiative, Mind Well, UCLA Library, UCLA Recreation, UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services, MindFul Music, and the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center.
