UCLA Library Special Collections Panel Discussion

Please join UCLA Library Special Collections (LSC) and the iSchool Mentorship Program for a panel discussion with LSC librarians. Courtney Dean (Head of the Center for Primary Research and Training), Dalena Sanderson-Hunter (Librarian/Archivist for Los Angeles Communities and Cultures), Jasmine Larkin (Accessioning Archivist), and Jimmy Zavala (LSC Teaching & Learning Librarian)—representing a variety of different positions within LSC—will speak about their current roles, professional background, and career paths. This panel is intended for anyone who is interested in special collections and archives as a career, or who would like to learn more about Library Special Collections at UCLA. Light refreshments (served outside) and a chance to chat with the panelists and attendees will follow the event.
