The UCLA Early Music Ensemble Presents "The City Cries: 300 Years of English Joy and Sorrow"

Directed by UCLA Ethnomusicology PhD student Ryan Koons and designed in collaboration with Niccolo Seligmann, the UCLA Early Music Ensemble will present "The City Cries: 300 Years of English Joy and Sorrow" this Friday evening. Come listen to English viola da gamba music including works by Christopher Tye and William Byrd, John Dunstable, Sheryngham, and Richard Dering, amongst others.
