In addition, we made need to move to a larger venue depending on audience size; reservations permit us to contact attendees ahead of time. And, sometimes plans change: this program is rescheduled from March 6th, when the speaker was unable to travel here because of a winter storm in central and eastern Pennsylvania – we were able to contact all 30 people who had made reservations with us!)
