CLICC Fine and Fees

Please review general information about UCLA Library Fees and Fines.

CLICC devices must be returned to CLICC at the UCLA Library in person. If a CLICC device is not returned, fees and replacement costs will be charged:

  • If the UCLA Library circulation system shows a CLICC device as “Lost,” an item replacement fee will be charged

A user who reports that an item has been lost is responsible for the replacement charge plus any fines accumulated. Users may be assessed repair or replacement charges for damaged items.

Laptop and equipment fees are billed to your BAR account and show up a few days after the item is considered lost. Please review general information about UCLA Library Fee and Fine Payment.

Inquire About a CLICC Fine or Fee

If you believe a fee or fine was incurred in error, you may contact us.

For a faster turnaround time (2 to 3 business days), you can make an account with us here.

If you do not want to make an account, you may email us at cliccfines@library.ucla.edu, with your device ID, your first name, last name, and your UCLA ID number. Please note that this turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days.

All CLICC fine inquiries are handled electronically. CLICC does not discuss fine issues in person or over the telephone.
