Library services like targeted research workshops and reference sessions are in demand. Last year, librarians engaged thousands of students across 872 instruction workshops teaching essential skills including how to develop a research plan, read scientific articles, manage data, effectively evaluate information, and so much more. Daily, our Library experts help researchers unlock the knowledge within our collections and help students make new discoveries through personalized research support.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Yet as costs rise and budgets lag behind, the Library is faced with choices about how to provide the breadth and depth of materials and services Bruins need at a time when demand for trusted information is surging.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Building preeminent collections, teaching critical thinking, providing opportunities for students to grow and learn—the work that shapes the next generation of leaders, healers and creators is made possible by generous donors like you.
