More Information

Located in Santa Clarita, some 25 miles north of campus, the Packard Humanities Institute’s Stoa is a state-of the-art film storage and preservation facility that is home to the UCLA Film & Television Archive’s entire film and television collection, as well as laboratories, workrooms, and theaters with fiber-optic connections to UCLA. The Archive collects and preserves moving image cultural heritage, and facilitates the use of collections for research and inspiration through the Archive Research and Study Center on campus. The images below and right reveal an insider’s look into the one-of-a-kind PHI Stoa.
