Program Experience

Each cohort includes fifteen to twenty of the top practitioners in the academic library field, who bring varied and complementary experiences to the sessions. Participants experience a rich environment for debate and discussion, chances for reflection and for study of individual and collective interests, and ample time for networking with colleagues.

These experiences forge enduring personal and professional relationships among participants, faculty, and fellows from other classes. Many past participants have cited the prestige and strength of this network as among the program’s longest lasting benefits and chief advantages.
