College Library Reference and YRL Reference Archival Retention Agreement for Serials
- College Reference and YRL Collections, Research, & Instructional Services have duplicate titles in their collections
- YRL Collections, Research, & Instructional Services copies have traditionally been designated as "archival copies" - i.e. title is not discarded; superceded volumes are retained; either sent to YRL Stacks or SRLF.
- If YRL Collections, Research, & Instructional
Services archival serial copy of an item becomes damaged, lost, or missing
and is irreplaceable, we will ask College to send us their superceded
copy.
