Responsibilities of Other UCLA Departments Concerning Copyright

The UCLA Library Copyright Policy covers only those policies and procedures which the copyright law clearly mandates libraries to perform. Advice on other provisions of the copyright law may be obtained from:

• UCLA Campus Counsel (3149 Murphy Hall, 310/825-2284) for interpretation of copyright law provisions or questions about compliance with the law.
• UCLA Office of Intellectual Property Administration (10920 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 1200; 310/794-0558) is responsible for administration and interpretation of UCLA copyright policies and has delegated authority to enter into agreements pertaining to copyright.
