We're Here For You!
When you're working hard, the libraries are open!
From Tuesday, May 31, to Friday, June 10, Powell Library and the Charles E. Young Research Library are open twenty-four hours a day for UCLA students studying for final exams. You need your current BruinCard for entry to both buildings between 7 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. daily.
If you're not a UCLA student, faculty, or staff member, you may use the libraries during these dates between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Studying late into the night? Stay safe by calling for a free escort to pick you up at the library and walk you to your destination from dusk until 1 a.m. Fifteen minutes before you need to leave, call (310) 794-WALK to schedule a pick-up.
When you need a break from finals, campus libraries host stressbusting activities such as silent discos, chair massage, meditation, origami, music, and more!
The success of Stressbusters and Night Libraries depends on extensive collaboration between the UCLA Library and campus partners, organizations, and initiatives, including the UCLA Undergraduate Students Association, Healthy Campus Initiative, Mindful Awareness Research Center, People-Animal Connection Program, Fitwell, and others.
