Biography

Allison Benedetti is currently serving as Interim Associate University Librarian for User Engagement at UCLA Library and is also Director of the Arts, Music, and Powell Libraries. In these roles she manages teaching and research support services, personnel, budgets, and facilities, as well as oversees and shapes strategic priorities for public services at all UCLA Library locations. She has served on and chaired committees for ARLIS/NA and ACRL; has done research on user-centered services; and is interested in mentorship and change in libraries.
