Establishing a UCLA Logon ID to Use UCLA Library Payments Online
Are you a current UCLA faculty, staff member, or student?
You already have a UCLA Logon ID, so you are already set up to use UCLA Library Payments Online. Remember that this service can only be used to pay invoices for Special Collections services, scholarly communication licensing fees, Southern Regional Library Facility scanning/microfilm and interlibrary loan services, fee borrower cards, and quarterly locker rentals. All other library fines and fees must be paid according to the instructions on the invoice.
Not a current UCLA faculty, staff or student but already have a UCLA Logon ID?
If you already have a UCLA Logon, contact the Library department that sent you the invoice so that it can be added to your library record. This will make it possible for you to use UCLA Library Payments Online.
Don’t have a UCLA Logon ID?
To use UCLA Library Payments Online, you must create a UCLA Logon ID. The UCLA Logon ID you create gives you no UCLA privileges. You will need your UCLA Library account’s barcode number before proceeding. If you have a UCLA Library card, the barcode number is listed on the back. If you don’t have a UCLA Library card, contact the Library department that issued the invoice for the number.
At the UCLA Logon website, read and agree to the acceptable use policy. On the next screen, click “I do not have a UCLA Identification Number and I am NONE OF THE ABOVE.” The system will prompt you to enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and email address. Enter as the user name your UCLA Library barcode number, which starts with a lower case ‘p’. Also enter the password and challenge question of your choice.
Only create a UCLA Logon ID once. It will remain active, so you can use UCLA Library Payments Online in the future if you choose to.
