Information for Borrowing Institutions

The UCLA Library has three interlibrary loan centers that provide access to the collections via book loan or copy:
- Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library: materials in the health and life sciences, physical sciences, psychology
- Hugh and Hazel Darling Law Library: law materials
- Charles E. Young Research Library: materials in the social sciences, economics, music, humanities, fine arts
Fees are listed below with each library; institutions can be billed or pay through IFM on OCLC.

Special Services
Rush Fee: $5 in addition to all other charges; ready for delivery or pick-up within one working day for requests received Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Special Handling: $5 for preparing for commercial express delivery services. Clients must supply UPS, Federal Express, or other account numbers.
