SEL/PHYSICS  FAQ’s

1)       Why did the SEL/Physics Collection need to be relocated from Kinsey Hall?

Kinsey Hall underwent major construction to improve its safety in the event of an earthquake. All occupants were required to vacate the building.

2)       Will SEL/Physics return to Kinsey Hall?

SEL/Physics will not return to Kinsey Hall.  This is a permanent relocation which began December 13, 2003.

3)       Where do I find the SEL/Physics Collection material now that the Kinsey Hall location has closed?

Search UCLA Library Catalog at: http://catalog.library.ucla.edu for specific title information.  Most material has been moved to the SEL/Chemistry Collection (4238 Young Hall); some has been moved to other SEL Collections or to SRLF.

4)       Where do I return my SEL/Physics Collection material after December 12, 2003?

Return materials preferably to another SEL Collection, or to another UCLA Library unit.

5)       How do I renew my SEL/Physics Collection material?
