UCLA Libraries Music Library Special Collections Archives Jazz Chaves Collection

The Chaves Collection forms the core collection of books and reference works in support of the Jazz Archive. It was formed through the generous gift of over 1100 books by André Chaves, in whose honor the collection is named.
The inventory here lists the items included in the initial gift. However the collection continues to grow through purchases and donations, and is fully cataloged in the UCLA Library Catalog.
