Accountability for the Crimes of the Khmer Rouge
This site features a War Crimes Research Office report, which examines the responsibility of seven senior officials for their roles in developing and implementing the murderous policies of the "Khmer Rouge" during the mid- to late-1970s.

Angkor.com: The Angkor Wat Portal
This Web site provides a directory of links to other worthwhile sites on Cambodia. Also includes short news articles on Cambodia, Khmer fonts, photos of the Ta Phrom temple, and photos of the bas relief on the Banteay Srei temple.

This site offers articles about issues pertaining to Cambodia. It also contains a photo gallery and a discussion forum.

Angkor Planet

Cambodia e-Gov Homepage
This site provides news and information on different aspects of Cambodia, such as the biography of the king, an overview of the country and its political organizations, and some legal information.

Cambodia in Modern History
The site features the Beauty and Darkness Project, which provides information on the recent history of Cambodia, including materials pertaining to Cambodia, as well as information about Cambodian refugees and immigrants abroad. Also has links to Burma, China, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam.

Cambodian Genocide Program (CGP), Yale University
The CGP developed four extensive databases pertaining to the Cambodian genocide of 1975-1979, including bibliographical citations, biographical information, photographs, and maps showing Khmer Rouge-era prisons and mass graves. In addition, the Web site offers maps showing the areas bombed by the United States from 1965 to1975, links to online scholarly publications about the genocide, and links to news articles about the progress of the international tribunal.

Cambodian Information Center
Includes links to Cambodian clubs, organizations and political parties, news, a photo gallery, archives containing experiences from the war, the legal system of Cambodia, literature, and culture.

Center for Khmer Studies (CKS) = Centre d'Etudes Khmères, Siem Reap, Cambodia
CKS supports teaching and research on the Khmer cultural heritage. CKS offers a large public library, training programs, fellowships, conferences, a scholarly bulletin, and a translation program. The Web site provides links to related scholarly institutions.

The Digital Archive of Holocaust Survivors
Meant to preserve and protect the memories of Cambodian holocaust survivors of Angkar, this site serves as an archive for testimonials, stories, images and experiences under the Khmer Rouge.

Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam), Phnom Penh
DC-Cam is an independent, nonpartisan research institute dedicated to research on and documentation of the Khmer Rouge regime. This organization shares its four extensive bibliographical, biographical, photographic, and geographical databases with the Cambodian Genocide Program at Yale. Through documentation, education, publishing, broadcasting, counseling, and provision of data to the tribunal, DC-Cam seeks to promote memory of the genocide and justice for its survivors.
