Bookdealers and publishers are welcome to become members of SALALM and/or to register for the Seminar as participants in addition to exhibiting their materials. Registration forms and all fees must be received no later than .
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their displays at the beginning of the exhibits (Sunday, May 28) and dismantling them at closing (Wednesday, May 31). Basic exhibit spaces will be six-foot full tables and three-foot half tables, both with chairs. Exhibitors may use their own trade show booths and signage, but the space used must be equal to the size of a full or half table. Assignment of exhibit space will be made in the order that exhibitors registration forms are received.
Electrical outlets are available in the International Ballroom. Telephone lines providing Internet access are available on a limited basis for a $25 installation fee.

Exhibitors may co-sponsor the Book Dealers Reception by contributing the fee listed on the Registration Form. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program.
