Hosts’ Reception:
Luncheon, Tuesday, May 30, at UCLA. Tours of the UCLA libraries and other campus sites will be offered.
Getty Research Institute Open House:
Reception and tours of the Institute, Tuesday, May 30, from 6-8 pm. The plaza overlooks the Getty’s spectacular gardens and offers magnificent views of both the city and coastline. Owing to security considerations, attendance will be limited to 200, with preference being given to conference registrants.
Optional Post-Conference Trip:
A visit to the Getty Center, Thursday, June 1, for those who wish to view the museum and gardens at their leisure. A charge of $35 will cover round-trip transportation and approximately four hours at the complex. Admission to the museum is free, but parking is by reservation only and usually must be booked months in advance.
