An homage roll for Norfolk from 1444–1449 (two membranes), with mentions of Sir John Fastolf (whose wife died in 1446) and of Agnes Paston (whose husband William Paston I died in 1444); the two families were connected in that Agnes and William’s son John Paston I (d. 1466) became Fastolf’s principal legal advisor, and John married Margaret Mautby, a distant relation of Fastolf.
