Finding Items in the Music Library
The Music Library has books, music scores, sheet music, video recordings, and online databases and resources for the study of music. Music scores and sheet music have call numbers beginning with M; books on music history and literature have call numbers beginning with ML; books on music theory and instruction, including books of exercises and etudes have call numbers beginning with MT. Books on other subjects related to music may have call numbers beginning with any letter of the alphabet, A-L, or N-Z, depending on the topic.
