"A More Perfect Union: Japanese Americans and the United States Constitution," is a travelling exhibition for libraries organized by the American Library Association and the National Museum of American History (NMAH) of the Smithsonian Institution. It is supported by a generous grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, Washington, D.C., a federal agency.
Located in the historic and recently renovated Powell Library building,
the exhibit mixes traditional display with innovative technologies. Complementing
the traveling exhibit are photographs and other materials provided courtesy
of the Japanese American National Museum, an interactive CD-Rom developed
by the UCLA Film and Television Archives and a sampling of primary resources,
documents, and artwork from the UCLA Special Collections Library and University

The documentary is narrated by Noriyuki "Pat" Morita ("The Karate Kid") who spent his early years in an internment camp.
