This questionnaire will help us determine the value of the information literacy session you requested in order to improve our teaching excellence to meet faculty expectations and to enhance students' learning experiences. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Please use the following response categories: SA (Strongly Agree), A (Agree), D (Disagree), SD (Strongly Disagree), NA (Not Applicable).

  1. The session's content was appropriate to the student's assignment.
  2. The session was logically structured, enabling the session to flow smoothly.
  3. The librarian developed the information literacy session content in consultation with the instructor, prior to the session.
  4. The librarian communicated effectively with students.
  5. The librarian used examples effectively to explain difficult concepts.
