Group Study Rooms Study Rooms are available for use by UCLA students, faculty and staff only. Rooms must be occupied by at least two people. To reserve a room: Users must show a current UCLA Library Card for reservation & check-out at the Entrance Foyer Desk. Reservations require recording the user's library card number in the reserved time slots. No phone reservations. 2 hour maximum on use per reservation. Rooms will be available, if not checked-out 15 minutes after time reserved. Renewal for additional time is permitted, if the room has no pending reservation. All College Library Building Use Policies apply. Rooms A-D are same-day reservation only.
