I have done my search. Now how do I get the material? Some scholarly search engines provide direct access to the UCLA Library's holdings. Below is an example from Google Scholarâ„¢. To see if the UCLA Library owns the full text online or in print, click on UC-eLinks. This will open the UC eLinks window. Click the Full text available from... link if it appears. If there is no Full text available from... link, check electronic and/or print available of your title at UCLA by clicking on the See if a UC campus has this... link. Click Details/Locations to the left of the journal title. Scroll down to the UC Los Angeles information and click Available online (if present) and note the specific UCLA library, call number, and volumes owned. If UCLA does not have the item, click the For Interlibrary Loan or Document Delivery... link to initiate an interlibrary loan request. If UC-eLinks does not appearsClick on Library Search. Click on Search the UCLA Library catalog in the upper right hand corner to see if the item is at UCLA. If it appears that UCLA does not have the specific item you want, you might try searching the UCLA Library Catalog directly. We might have a different edition of the item. Need Help? |
