GIS Day 2018

Wednesday, Nov 14, 2018 - 10:00am to 2:00pm

Discovering the World Through GIS Day 2018

This annual event celebrates the usage of geographic information systems (GIS) technology in real-world applications that are making a difference to society. This year's event, titled Battle of the Maps UCLA vs USC seeks to inspire the two campus communities to think spatially by offering a program featuring a humanitarian Map-a-thon and a series of lightning talks that highlight different projects.

Organized by the UCLA Library, Department of Geography, and the Institute for Digital Research and Education, we hope you will join us for GIS Day 2018. Please register here.
