More Information

Study Space Reservations

  • Current undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff may reserve up to 3 hours once every 24 hours up to 3 days in advance. Each individual can reserve up to 6 hours per week. UCLA Extension students are not eligible for room reservations.
  • Instructors and teaching assistants who wish to use a study room or pod for a small course or office hours should request an office hours or consultation space through the Reservations Portal(opens in a new tab).
  • Study rooms in YRL and Powell are now self-service. Reservation holders do not need to check in at a lending location before their reservation begins. QR codes placed at each group study room and collaboration pod can help verify reservation schedules. If patrons encounter any issues, they can consult a CLICC consultant at the nearest lending location.
  • If you have questions about the form or our policies, please submit an inquiry through the Reservations Portal(opens in a new tab). You can also check room availability by calling the CLICC lab at (310) 206-0271.

To complete your reservation, please use our calendar system(opens in a new tab) to select the day and time from the calendar, complete the form and click "Submit my booking." You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

Missed/Canceled Reservations

If you know that you will not be able to claim your reservation (for a classroom, equipment, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible (either by submitting a ticket through the reservations portal or by emailing reservations@library.ucla.edu(opens in a new tab)) so that we may make the resource available for others to use.
